CURRICULUM VITAE SCREENING
The first stage is CV screening. The main selection criteria are based on experience, academic qualifications in scientific or economic subjects and above all knowledge of programming languages.
After the screening phase, candidates will be invited to attend an interview with the Human Resources Manager, to get to know one another better.
Candidates who pass the second phase will be invited to a technical interview, with the Product Line Managers, to evaluate their technical expertise.
MEETING WITH THE TOP MANAGEMENT
The recruitment process terminates with the meeting with the top management. This is inline with the Group's philosophy of dedicating the greatest attention to the individuals who will become part of our team.
