The role of the Euris Group, although mainly focused on IT operations, leads us to converse with clients who are not yet clear on the type of service they require. Our work is based therefore in the interpretation of their business needs, in supporting the reorganization of their ideas and translating them into technical requirements, useful to identify the ideal modality of service supply for each specific case and the design and development of the solution.

Extensive proactive approach

In order to achieve the maximum efficiency and effectiveness in process management, and to define common assessment metrics with the client, we are often called upon to introduce standard methodologies, such as Function Point, SCRUM, Prince 2, etc., so as to assimilate and implement 'ownership' methodologies of different clients with which we work. The goal is to guarantee the client maximum flexibility and operational availability.
